Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
Perform a variety of minor auto body repairs, including bumper repair, scratch removal, paint chips, scuffs, and minor dent repair on vehicle exteriors.
Execute all steps of the refinishing process on-site: surface preparation (sanding, grinding, masking), body filler application, priming, base coat/clear coat application
Accurately mix and match paint colors using a digital or manual color-matching system to ensure a seamless blend with the vehicle's original finish.
Conduct thorough quality control inspections of all completed work to ensure an invisible repair and complete customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary face of Paint N Go Inc, communicating clearly and professionally with customers regarding the scope of work, repair time, and final results.
Operate and maintain a mobile workstation, including specialized spray equipment, air compressors, and safety gear.
Accurately document all repairs, materials used, and service time using a mobile application or tablet.
Experience: 2-5+ years of verifiable experience in a paint technician, automotive body repair, or SMART repair (Small to Medium Area Repair Technology) role.
Driver's License: Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance).
Independent Work Ethic: Must be highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing a daily route and work schedule without direct supervision.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably and courteously interact with customers at their homes or businesses.
Adaptability: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt repair techniques to different working environments (e.g., tight spaces, varying light).
Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and crouching, for extended periods.
Tools: Ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment provided by the company.
